HOW TO GET TO BLU?
By plane
The airport Karol Wojtyla is located less than 10km away from the city center.It is one of the most important airports in the South of Italy. It is linked to most of the biggest Italian cities and to a lot of European destinations.
How to reach the airport from the city centre and vice versa.
- By train
- This service is managed by the firm “Ferrotramviaria”. The ticket costs €5 and the trips takes approximately 20 minutes
- By bus
- It is possible to take the Shuttle bus “Tempesta”. The trip takes about 30 minutes and it costs €4.
- The cheapest option to reach the city centre from the airport is by urban buses, in particular line 16. The ticket costs €1.
- By car
- The most important highway which leads to the city o Bari is the “A-14 Bologna-Taranto”, which is directly linked to the ring-road of Bari.
- How to reach the old city by public transportations
- By taking the urban lines 13, 01, 02, 53, 19, 06 in Aldo Moro Square it is possible to get off in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the street parallel to Via Roberto il Guiscardo.
- On foot
- The Luxury Suite Blu is 10 minutes walk from the central station
- In taxi
- The taxi service is provided by Co.ta.ba. It is possible to reach the central station with a €25 fee (fixed rate).
Parking
Parking and circulation of cars in the area is allowed only to the residents. Is it possible to arrive by car in Piazza Chiurlia (only for loading and unloading operations) which is 50 metres away form the Suite.
